Education Management is billed monthly with VAT included; 100+ students receive a custom evaluation. Carpet Cleaning and Field Tracking prices are annual and exclude VAT. Laboratory Management Software is priced with a custom quote after the needs review. An additional company requires a separate licence.

For teams that grow during the year

Pay only for the remaining term when adding a user.

Additional user and branch fees are calculated by the full months remaining until the main licence renewal date. The activation month is included, and all licences renew together.

TRY 2,500 ÷ 12 × 4 = TRY 833.33 + VAT

There is no mid-term refund for removed users; the available seat can be transferred to another employee.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before purchasing.

Are WhatsApp and email usage fees included?

For products that support these connections, the connection capability is included. Meta WhatsApp Business, email, SMS or other external provider usage fees are not included.

Can you build custom integrations?

Yes. Custom development, maps, data migration, third-party integrations and on-site training are scoped and priced separately.

Can we reduce users at renewal?

Yes. Seat reductions take effect at the next renewal. A vacant seat can be reassigned to another employee during the current term.

How do we choose the right product?

During the demo we review your current workflow and user count, then confirm the scope and fee before a quote is issued.

Why does laboratory software not have a fixed price?

Laboratory and branch count, active users, permissions, defined analyses, annual analysis volume, selected modules, data migration and integrations directly change the scope. The final annual price is therefore provided in a written quote after the needs review.
