Contact Form Personal Data Notice

This notice explains the processing performed through the CiselSoft website contact form under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
1. Data controller
The data controller for the contact form is CiselSoft. You can send personal data questions and requests to destek@ciselsoft.com.
2. Personal data processed
- Identity data: full name,
- Contact data: email address and optional phone number,
- Request data: company, request type, selected product, message, sales status and status history,
- Source data: landing and source page, referring hostname and standard UTM campaign fields where present,
- Security and technical data: IP address, Turnstile result, submission time, request and record identifiers.
Please do not include sensitive personal data or unnecessary personal information in the form.
3. Purposes
- Receive demo, quote, product information, custom software and technical support requests,
- Assess and respond to the request and track its sales status,
- Understand the page or campaign from which the request originated,
- Send an automatic acknowledgement email,
- Protect the form and prevent abuse or automated submissions,
- Meet legal obligations and protect rights in possible disputes.
4. Collection method and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically and automatically when you complete and submit the form. Depending on the request, processing relies on necessity for entering into or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and CiselSoft’s legitimate interests where these do not override your fundamental rights. Separate consent will be requested if another activity requires explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Data may be transferred to Cloudflare for hosting, security verification, rate limiting, the enquiry database and authorized administration access; to Resend for delivery of the support notification and acknowledgement email; to limited technical service providers; and to legally authorized public bodies. Where an international transfer occurs, the conditions and appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of KVKK apply.
6. Retention
Contact records are retained for the period needed to resolve the request and manage the related relationship, followed only by applicable statutory retention and limitation periods. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction where conditions apply, object to certain automated results and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
8. Requests
Send a request containing enough information to verify your identity and explain your request to destek@ciselsoft.com. Requests are assessed under applicable procedures and time limits.
